Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition, in the original country of delivery.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will inform you whether or not the refund was approved (will not be approved upon verification of any usage). If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and record the refund.
Your returned item can be exchanged for a new item or you can get a refund for it. You can always contact us if you have any questions about returns at info@aujery.com.
Sizing or modification: Rings that have been resized or modified by an outside jeweler are not eligible for return or exchange.
Engraving: All items that are engraved are not eligible for return at any time and are considered final sale.
WARRANTY
Aujery Jewelry proudly offers a lifetime warranty on your Aujery jewelry against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Manufacturing defects include problems such as broken clasps, loose diamonds or loose claws.

Please note that manufacturing defects do not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, stretched chains/rings, lost jewelry or damage caused by improper cleaning or storage.
We are committed to the quality of our designs and craftsmanship. Therefore, any alterations made to your jewelry by an outside or third party jeweler will void the warranty provided by Aujery.
