Shipping policy

Free standard shipping:

We are proud to offer free standard shipping to Spain and the Balearic Islands. In addition, we extend this offer to the European Union for orders totaling 500 € or more.
We currently ship anywhere within Europe.

Orders in stock:

For in-stock items, you can expect delivery within 2 to 5 business days after your purchase.

Standard delivery time: 4 business days after processing and shipping (5-6 days to Balearic Islands).

Out of stock orders:

If an item is currently out of stock, don't worry! We will provide you with an estimated shipping time. Out of stock items will take 3-4 weeks. If you are in a hurry to receive your order, please contact us at info@aujery.com and we will do our best to expedite it.

Custom orders:

Items that are made to order generally arrive within 3 to 5 weeks. If you need to receive your order urgently, please feel free to contact us at info@aujery.com, and we will do our best to expedite the process.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide an accurate shipping address during the checkout process, as we are unable to reroute orders once they have been shipped.

Please note that all international packages may be subject to customs duties and taxes. Specific limits for duty-free packages are determined by local customs authorities. We recommend consulting your local customs website for detailed information on possible charges.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has left our facilities, you will receive an email with an air waybill number to track its progress online.

TAXES

All orders placed through the AUJERY Online Store are exempt from VAT refunds. VAT is calculated according to the tax regulations of the country of the Online Shop where the order was submitted.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
